Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, reside in a supported launch country (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand), and be the parent or legal guardian authorized to provide any child information. Children may not create or control accounts. You are responsible for information entered, use of generated stories, account security, and supervising a child's experience.

PajamaHero uses automated and AI systems to generate personalized bedtime stories, illustrations, memory, and notifications. Features, schedules, and availability may change. Service interruptions or generation failures may occur.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Trial length, post-trial price, renewal frequency, plan limits, and cancellation method are disclosed before checkout and incorporated into these Terms. Cancellation normally remains effective at the end of the current paid billing period. See Subscription and Refund Terms.

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You grant PajamaHero a limited license to process that information solely to operate, secure, improve reliability of, and provide the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated stories for personal, noncommercial family use. AI output may not be unique and similar output may be generated for others.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not provide unlawful or unnecessary sensitive child data, attempt to bypass plan or security controls, misuse story links, interfere with the service, or use generated material to harm, exploit, impersonate, or deceive.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable despite safeguards. A parent must review stories before sharing them with a child. PajamaHero is not medical, psychological, educational, legal, or emergency advice.

You may stop using the service, cancel billing, revoke consent, or delete the account. PajamaHero may suspend or terminate accounts for unlawful activity, safety threats, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. Account deletion is separate from ordinary subscription cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, particular results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PajamaHero and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid PajamaHero during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
