PajamaHero is an unregistered brand operated as a Florida sole proprietorship by Maxwell O'Connor, operating as PajamaHero, 3569 Crystal St, Gotha, FL 34734, United States; pajamaherosupport@gmail.com. Accounts and paid services are offered only to adult parents or legal guardians in these launch countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand. More countries may be added later.

• Parent account information: name, email, authentication identifiers, account settings, legal acceptances, and support communications.
• Subscription information: Stripe customer, checkout, subscription status, plan, consent, and billing references. PajamaHero does not store full card numbers.
• Child information supplied by a parent: nickname, age, interests, themes, avoided topics, reading level, story length, bedtime/timezone, avatar selections, feedback, story memory, generated stories and images.
• Technical information necessary for security and delivery: authentication cookies, device/browser details for push subscriptions, timestamps, service logs, security events, and approximate request information supplied by hosting providers.

• Authenticate accounts and confirm adult parent or guardian eligibility in a supported launch country.
• Verify parental consent and preserve legally required consent records.
• Create, personalize, store, secure, and deliver stories and notifications.
• Process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot, and provide support.
• Comply with law, protect users, and investigate security incidents.

PajamaHero uses service providers acting for operational purposes, including Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI processing, Inngest for background jobs, Stripe for subscriptions, Resend for email, and web-push infrastructure for opted-in notifications. Information is limited to what each provider needs to perform its service. PajamaHero does not sell personal information or use child information for behavioral advertising.

• Active parent and child records are retained while the service is used.
• Deleted Child Profiles, stories, and directly associated active records are removed promptly; residual encrypted provider backups may persist until overwritten, ordinarily no longer than 90 days.
• Generated story images are subject to a 90-day operational retention process and may be removed sooner when a profile or account is deleted.
• Application events are ordinarily retained for 90 days. Security records may be retained up to 24 months where reasonably necessary.
• Subscription, transaction, tax, fraud, and legal-consent records may be retained up to seven years to meet legal and dispute-resolution needs.
• Support communications may be retained for up to two years after resolution unless longer retention is required for a dispute or law.

Parents can review and edit information in Settings, download an account copy, delete Child Profiles, revoke parental consent, or delete the account. Privacy requests may be sent to the support email above. Applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information. Identity verification may be required.

PajamaHero uses access controls, authenticated administrative operations, encrypted transport, provider security features, backups, logging, and data minimization. No system is guaranteed secure. PajamaHero will investigate suspected incidents and provide notices when required by applicable law.

Public informational pages may be visible globally, but PajamaHero accounts and services are currently offered only in these launch countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand. Do not create or use an account if you reside outside the supported launch countries. PajamaHero may add more countries after updating operational, tax, and legal readiness.
