Children’s Privacy Notice and Direct Notice to Parents

• Child nickname and age—not a legal name or birth date.
• Interests, preferred themes, avoided topics, reading level, story length, bedtime and timezone.
• Avatar selections and any generated avatar image.
• Generated stories, story memory, parent feedback, and delivery preferences.

Do not enter a child’s legal name, address, school, contact information, government identifier, precise location, medical information, photograph, voice recording, or other unnecessary sensitive information. PajamaHero does not need those details.

Information is used to provide personalized bedtime stories, continuity, images, delivery, support, security, and plan enforcement. It is processed by the operational providers identified in the Privacy Policy. PajamaHero does not sell child information, serve behavioral advertising, permit child profiles to be public, or obtain separate consent for nonessential third-party disclosures because those disclosures are not offered.

Before the first Child Profile is created, an adult parent or legal guardian receives direct notice, completes a paid Stripe subscription transaction or an approved account verification method, types a legal name, selects a supported country, and affirmatively consents. Consent is recorded by policy version. Material collection or disclosure changes require renewed notice and consent.

• Review and correct child information in Settings.
• Download an account copy.
• Delete a Child Profile and its stories.
• Revoke consent and direct deletion of all Child Profiles.
• Refuse further collection or use of child information.
• Delete the entire parent account.

Child information is retained only while reasonably necessary for the requested service and under the specific periods in the Privacy Policy. PajamaHero applies access controls, data minimization, authenticated APIs, provider safeguards, and deletion processes. Contact the operator with any parental request or concern.
