Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

Each paid plan currently includes a three-day trial unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe collects a payment method. When the trial ends, the displayed monthly price is charged automatically unless the subscription has been canceled. The subscription renews monthly on Stripe's billing schedule, not necessarily every 30 calendar days, until canceled.

Before checkout you must affirmatively accept the plan price, trial, automatic renewal, cancellation method, and refund terms. Stripe provides a transaction confirmation. PajamaHero retains a consent record.

Use Cancel subscription / manage billing on the Pricing page to cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After a paid term starts, cancellation stops future renewal and plan access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is deleted or law requires otherwise.

Payments are nonrefundable and partial-month credits are not provided, except where required by applicable law or for a confirmed billing error. Contact support promptly with the account email, charge date, and amount. This rule does not limit nonwaivable legal rights.

Plan features and prices shown at checkout control the purchase. Material price changes apply only after notice as required by law. Failed, disputed, reversed, or expired payments may suspend paid access.
